TT claims W-2 address incorrect and cannot e-file

Hi people smarter than me,

TT Premier is looping me back to a W-2 address, claiming that the state and zip code do not match up (OH and 60026) and I have verified this address.  When I proceed to "transmit return now" I am looped back to this stalling point.  Yikes.
