To get to where you enter pension distributions, go to Wages & Income->Retirement Plans and Social Security->IRA, 401(k), Pension plan withdrawals, and click on Start or Update.
You will be shown a list of the 1099-Rs that you have already entered, and you will be able to edit the 1099-R that you need to.
