Yes, if you took all of your RMD from one account you will enter the total RMD you took with that distribution. For example, if your total RMD for all IRAs was $10,000 and you took a distribution of $10,000 with this Form 1099-R then you will enter $10,000 on that screen. Ignore the fact that the actual RMD for that specific account was less.
