I'm glad it worked out for the other individual. I checked yet another time for accuracy for every single box, used the state with the number, deleted the state keeping only the number, deleted the state and number... nothing worked, deleted the M1QPEN form, it still pulled it up. Can't just delete the 1099-R for the federal. That's required.
The agent said they would call me when they came in for their shift on Feb 20th to make sure everything goes through properly.
