I am having same issue as well. I rolled over some 401Ks to IRAs and TT think they are public pensions. As mentioned in other posts, I have removed the state info in box 15 of my 1099 and that didn't work. I then deleted Minnesota return and then re-added it, but that too didn't work. After I delete the M1QPEN form, when I run error checker, it adds back the form and asks for additional information. Very frustrating. Hope it gets fixed in future update.
