Are you asking about what language TurboTax is in, or what language the IRS will communicate with you in?
The answers above address the TurboTax language. If you want to change the language that the IRS communicates with you in, go back to Personal Info and edit the information about yourself. On a screen "Do any of these apply to [name]?", look closely, because there should be a check box for "Would like to change the language used by the IRS..."
