I w/d from 2 IRA's, but more from one and less from the other than needed, but answered the way the TTax bug required to get it done - each matching its RMD requirement.
I've generated the pdf for all Forms required for filing and I DID NOT get a Form 5329 generated.
I then created a separate pdf with all of the Forms and Worksheets dealing with IRA and I STILL did not get a Form 5329 generated.
This tells me that a Form 5329 will not be included in my filing.
Am I right?
