I keep getting a message that says they are working on the problem-check back later. I called support (which was basically someone working out of their home. I could hear chickens in the background), and ask if I could be notified when the fix is in place. I got a lot of "not sure if I can do that": etc. I tried removing the cents approach but it didn't change anything and the message still comes up. It's been about a week with no change.
