Thanks for that thought, but I did check out the NY State preliminary return and it's not there.
Thanks also fo the link to contact turbo tax but when clicking on the product, nothing happens so another disappointment. Any other way you know how to contact Customer Support for help to solve their bug? In years past I've contacted their 800 customer support line but looks like you have to pay extra for that.
