Retirement tax questions
No, presidential campaign contribution donations are not tax deductible. The IRS gives the following list of non-tax deductible donations:
- a political candidate
- a political party
- a campaign committee
- a newsletter fund
- advertisements in convention bulletins
- admission to dinners or programs that benefit a political party or political candidate
- Political Action Committees (PACs)
