You can try clearing the cache on your computer and then rebooting your computer. How to do this varies by computer operating system and the web browser you use, but there in normally an option on your web browser that you use to access the internet that says Delete Browser Data or something similar. You can do an internet search for it if you need more help.

 

Also, you may need to use the "Help" option in Quick Employer Forms to contact them as sometimes your file becomes corrupted and you need them to help you fix it.
