State taxes were withheld from my 1099-R which has no Block 16. TurboTax will not let me enter a state tax withheld unless I fill in an amount in "Block 16" in TurboTax. There is an amount of $0.0 in the following unnumbered block, but TurboTax will not allow me to put in an amount less than the amount withheld.
What now?
