Why is an IRA I rolled over into a 401K being added to my income?

in 2018 I rolled an IRA CD into my 401K. The 1099-R for this IRA distribution, which I entered into TurboTax, lists 0 for the taxable amount, and the code for rollover into a qualified retirement plan. So why is this IRA distribution (which says nontaxable) being added to my income by TurboTax?
