Enter it as an investment sale. Click:
- Federal Taxes
- Wages & Income
- I'll choose what I work on
On the Your 2023 Income Summary page, scroll down to the Investment Income section and click the Start or Update button for Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other. On the screen that asks the investment type, click Other.
