If you are talking about a retirement distribution entry on lines 4 or 5 but did not take a retirement distribution then go back to the retirement section to delete the entry:
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
- Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
- Edit/Delete the entry
