If you can't find your 401(k) company then you can enter the Form 1099-R manually or upload a saved Form 1099-R file from your computer.
- Login to your TurboTax Account
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
- Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
- On the "Let's import your tax info" screen click "Change how I enter my form"
