Please follow these steps in TurboTax Desktop:
- Open your return
- Click “Deductions &Credits” on the top
- Click "I'll choose what to work on"
- Scroll down to “Traditional and Roth IRA Contributions” and click “Start”
- Continue until the "Do you have any Excess Roth Contributions" screen and answer "Yes"
- On the "Enter Excess Contributions" screen enter the total excess contribution from 2022.
