Line 4c is an additional amount you specify on top of the regular calculation.
Options-
- go with the Estimator recommendation.
- leave it empty, then submit a new WP-4 later when you see the withholding is too low.
- Make Estimated Tax Payments to meet your tax anticipation obligations.
