"Revisit" button not working to change info about early IRA withdrawal. I need to report early withdrawal from Roth IRA only, instead of both Traditional and Roth (as is)

After paying for my federal and state tax filing through TurboTax, I noticed a mistake on my official tax filing forms, specifically form 5329 for the purpose of reporting early withdrawal from my Roth IRA in 2017. Erroneously, the "Part III" section of form 5329 was filled out with identical information from subsequent "Part IV" section. This needs to be changed so only a distribution from a Roth (Part IV) is reported, and NOT a distribution from Traditional IRA (Part III). The "Revisit" button does not open the form for changing this info; instead it just reloads the page with selections to "Start"/"Review"/"Revisit" various forms
