I own a home in AZ but have lived in Iowa for over 3 years. I still have AZ bank and IRA accounts. Should any of my int, cap gains, ira distr, be allocated as AZ income?
I've been in Iowa over 3 years caring for my mother in her home. My AZ driver license expired so I got an Iowa driver license and registered to vote in Iowa for federal elections. My retirement and investment accounts are serviced by AZ business office (the 1099R address is in MN). I have 1099INTs from AZ bank. It seems to me that none of my income should be allocated to AZ, but I want to make sure. AZ seems to consider me an AZ resident due to owning a home, registering vehicles in AZ, and banking with AZ businesses
