No, it's not acceptable. The IRS will allocate the forms to tax year 2019 not 2018. The 1099 MISC for should say 2018. Make sure the 1099 MISC form says 2019.
- TurboTax does not have 2019 tax preparation software and the IRS has not released 2019 tax forms to TurboTax.
