Retirement tax questions

I have the same issue.  I'm in Southern CA.  Due to the repeated atmospheric rivers, IRS said Estimated Tax Pmts for the first 3 periods of 2023 were not due until 10/16/23.  (10/15/23 was a Sunday.)

TurboTax online doesn't seem to recognize this and is telling me I owe a penalty.  Even if I put in my AGI per period, it doesn't appear TurboTax realizes that the first 3 estimated payments weren't due until 10/16/23.

TurboTax has my zip code, so should be able to determine I'm in one of the declared states/counties.  However, if it can't do that automatically, it should be asking if I live in one of the areas where disaster was declared and then granted this later payment due date by the IRS.  And, TurboTax should determine or ask this BEFORE it sends me into the very time consuming task of determining my AGI per period!

Is TurboTax looking into fixing this?

Do the desktop versions have the same problem?
