I inherited an annuity from my dad in 2022 and get a set payment once per month (they tell me for life). I don't know how to answer some situation questions.

I checked "inherited IRA".
do I leave these unchecked, or check one/both ...
1. This is for a SIMPLE IRA within the first two years of participation only
2. This is for a SIMPLE IRA with more than two years of participation

Would my payments be considered RMD or not?
I don't know if it's based on my fathers age at death or my current age.
