Nope. Box 4 is blank. They do not have the taxes taken out with their RMD withdrawals. I expected Turbo Tax to generate the tax due. Thr tax due remains at zero which is wrong. They definitely have to pay tax on their RMDs! I contacted their financial advisor and they will be withholding 10% going forward but that doesn't help me this year. I'm stumped.
