The distribution would be reported on a Form 1099-R. Here is how you enter it in TurboTax:
- Find the Retirement Plans and Social Security menu option in the Wages and Income section
- Start or Update IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
- Choose whether you want to import or enter your Form 1099-R manually
