I'm doing my mom and stepdad's taxes using Turbo Tax. I have used Turbo Tax for many years, but this is the first time doing their taxes. They have 2 IRA accounts and are in their 80's. They always owe tax on their RMDs since they do not deduct the tax during the year. Turbo tax is not generating the tax due. Other income is Social Security for both of them and two pensions for mom. Their income is over $60,000 combined. I know they owe the tax and I believe I have entered everything correctly. What is the problem?
