Was I supposed to report the excess refund on line 20 ( 2021 distributions from your Roth IRAs..) of Form 5329-T in 2021? If not where should I have entered it? I noticed the excess has been carried over each year. Should I enter an amended return for 2020, or 2021 - or adjust my 2023 taxes?
