Disbility Income
I was notified by New York State late last year that in 2023 I would not receive a 1099-R because my disbility pension was not taxable. I called NYS Dept of Taxes and was told the same thing. So being as my pension is not taxable and I do not have a 1099-R does that mean I just do not have to put it in my tax form anywhere? I worked as a Correction Sgt.
