Re: I took a 401k wd in 2019 then spread it over 20, 21, 22 years taxes. I checked my documents and it is there all 3 years. Why is 2023 telling me I need to claim it again?

a withdrawal in 2019 has to be reported on your 2019 tax return not 2020.
