I rolled over from a 401k to an IRA. I don't have a 1099-R. The rollover amount needs to be on the form. Any idea where I put this in Turbotax?

I have a year end statement only.    The IRS says the amount distributed should go on the Pensions and Annuities line.   And write the word "rollover" next to the taxable amount.
