The fact one of the largest tax companies in the US can't get this crap right is just ridiculous. They should go out of business for this. I called customer support and they had no clue what i was talking about for over an hour. I finally got a refund request form out of them and have to wait 5-7 days for that too. screw this. I'm using tax act.
