I agree with dmertz's reply. It does print out when you print the return to file, so I assume it is in the e-file packet.
I can delete the form before I file the return, but think it may void my 100% accuracy warranty from TurboTax.
Like dmertz said it is a bug in the program which only generates Form 5329-T if you use a date of birth that puts you over 59 1/2 years old. Under 59 1/2 and the form is not generated.
