Are you able to get through each of these steps?
- Select Wages & Income.
- Chose [Pickup where I left off] then select [Select Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099)]
- Or select Retirement Plans and Social Security1099-R, IRAs, 401(k), early withdrawals
- Select Social Security
Is this where you get the blank screen.
Have you
- Logged out and
- Shut down the computer
- Then re-started it.
- Do you Know how to clear the Cash & Cokie's from your browser?
- If so , do that.
Now log back into TurboTax
