As DoninGa mentioned, to delete the 1099-R:
- Go to Wages and Income
- Choose Edit/Add under IRA, 401(k), and Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
- Find the form that you want to delete
- Click Delete.
After the screen Form Successfully Deleted, go back to the forms list, and verify that the form has been deleted. Check your tax return to verify that the result is correct.
