In TurboTax, you can do a scenario for next year's taxes in the Estimated tax section. You do not have to use them. Here's how:
- Federal
- Other Tax Situations
- Other Tax Forms
- W-4 & Estimated Taxes
- Skip the W4 and go onto to preparing estimated taxes for 2019
- Yes, you want to adjust your income...all of your 2018 numbers are there to copy
