I still cannot e-file my taxes because of SEP contribution. It tells me to check back on February 7th. Today is February 7th. I've paid for e-filing in Oregon but turbo tax won't let me e-file. How do I get a refund for the Oregon e-filing charge? I need my refund of over $3k for medical expenses! I want file my taxes manually because turbo tax will not work.
