I got a 1099-NEC in my name but my mothers SSN from Grubhub-Drivers I have never had a job so I haven't filed taxes what do i do? Do i file or my mother? The account is in my name but her SSN i have never got the money from this it is all hers and her ID connected to this account. When i made this grubhub account for her i accidently put it in my name and they won't let me change the name of the account.
