Retirement tax questions

I just spent 45 minutes on hold and speaking with customer service. I was hung up on and eventually got ahold of a supervisor. She refused to refund me. I was also denied through their refund request process. I’m upset obviously and was told that I shouldn’t be. Also they are recording the call but when I told them I was recording, she didn’t give her permission. What a joke! I just want a refund so I can go to another tax service. I will never use TT again.
