Yes, it's actually done in Quick Employer Forms which you can access from TurboTax.
When you are signed into your TurboTax Online Self-employed account (without paying an additional fee)
- Search (upper right magnifier) > Type schedule c > Click the Jump to... link
- Select Edit beside Self-Employment income > Scroll to Business Summary > Click Edit beside 'Your Service Income Info'
- Scroll to Payments and identification > Edit under Required to send a 1099 (even if you already have 'Yes' marked
- Click the hyperlink Help me prepare and file W-2s and 1099s
- Click on Quick Employer Forms on the right, at this point while you are in the tax return
