For railroad retirement benefits you should have received a two-part form. You have to enter each part separately, in different places in TurboTax.
The green form is Form RRB-1099-R. To enter it, follow the instructions that DoninGA gave you above.
The blue form is Form RRB-1099. To enter it type rrb-1099 in the Search box, then click the link that says "Jump to rrb-1099."
On the screen that says "Did you receive Social Security or Railroad Retirement benefits in 2023?" click Yes.
On the next screen, "Tell us about the benefits you received," check the box for "Railroad retirement benefits (Form RRB-1099)," then enter the amounts indicated on the screen. If you are filing a joint return, be sure to enter the amounts in the column for the correct person.
