You've wife's age has no bearing on when you must begin taking distributions from your 401(k). Filing status has no bearing on when you must begin taking distributions from your 401(k). If you had not yet reached age 73 in 2022 or you are still working for the company that provides the 401(k), you don't have to take a distribution.
