Retirement tax questions

Jeez Louise what a PITA this site is, even trying to log on to this forum.  FWIW, Principal HAS been updating on my Mint account. I say HAS but I haven't checked it in a while, probably 3 or 4 months, but it's up to date today.  I see 8 accounts are not updating. I have started using FULLVIEW on the Fidelity website to keep track of all this. Never a problem and always connected to all accounts, even those MINT cannot/will not connect to.
