Here's where to enter your 1099-R in TurboTax:
- Open or continue your return
- In the Federal section, select Wages & Income
- Scroll to locate Retirement Plans and Social Security, and select Show more
- On the following Screen Did you Receive Any 1099-R form? Answer Yes to the question Did you Receive any of these types of that Income?
- Continue and on the following screen select, I'll Type it in Myself.
