To enter the 1099-R, follow these steps:
- Click Wage & Income
- Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security and click show more
- Click Start next to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
- Click Yes for "Did you get a 1099-R
- Click "Change how I enter my form" Under Let's import your tax info
- Click Type it in myself
- Finish remainder of 1099-R entries
