NY State requested I submit form IT-558. It appears to stem from item 18 IT-203 being populated, in the NY column only. What turbotax item drove the item 18 adjustment?

Turbotax live help was unable to identify what drove the adjustment, which is $100. The item is filled in the state column only; item 18 in the Federal column of the IT-203 is blank. Thank you!
