Retirement tax questions

Hello turbo tax tells me E-filling is closed so can't e-file anymore.  Printing my amended return and shows these instructions for the federal return:

Since no amended 1099 I just wrote, "Repaid Cares Act retirement withdrawal made in August 2020 in January 2023.  Filing amended returns for 2020 and 2021 to receive refund on taxes paid on it."

This is the instructions for the state return:

Per these instructions do I need to attach my 2020 W-2 then?  Do I also need to attach a copy of my 401K statement in January that shows the repayment?
