In preparing my taxes, I made the mistake of applying the fact that we had received distributions for disaster when we actually hadn't. Now I am unable to change my answer from yes to no, and it is forming me that I need to fill out 8915-F before I can file. where is it located, and how can I amend so I may file and not have to mail our tax return?
