Retirement tax questions
Don't include SSA-1099s for dependents. You aren't taxed on Social Security Benefits for your Dependents. Those should be reported on the dependent's return, but only if they are required to file a return (this is uncommon). While it may not be necessary for the dependent to file a separate return, it may be beneficial if the dependent had taxes withheld and would have a refund.
