Can I opt-out of the Retirement Savings Credit so I don't have to pay for deluxe? The IRS says you don't have to take a credit, obviously; They hate giving away money.

If I can't opt-out in a set way, should I clear the 12a box of the W2 in order to go through the return, print it myself, and fix it? I'm not paying practically my whole refund to gain less money back overall because of the deluxe edition requirement.
If that doesn't seem wise, I'm just never using TurboTax again and am moving to the cheapest option. This is highway robbery.
