In Box 7, the code listed is 1.
Box 2a lists $0.00 and the "IRA/SEP/SIMPLE" box is checked.
When I enter the information from this form into Turbotax, it shows me that I will owe state tax. Which I know is incorrect, as I did a 100% rollover into another financial institution within the allowed amount of time.
What do I do?
